Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days following the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn and unused, including all original packaging and tags.
We accept returns and exchanges in the United States. Orders from other countries/zones are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are free in the United States. You can return your merchandise for a refund to the original payment, or for store credit.
Visit our Returns Center, enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the provided instructions.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the free shipping label and step-by-step instructions via email.
Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Return Center.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please report all damaged or incorrect item(s) received at our Returns Center within 48 hours of the delivery date with photo(s) showing your product(s) to facilitate the process.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your selected preference, within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Orders from outside the USA.
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale items (identified as "Final Sale" in the product title).
- Earrings, for reasons of hygiene and health safety.
- Orders with Free Items
CANCELLATIONS
We process our orders as fast as possible and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates in your order please contact our Support Team at hello@culbia.com to see if a modification can be made - we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
