We accept returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date.
The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and all the tags.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. All other items may be returned or exchanged.
HOW CAN I PROCESS MY RETURN?
Kindly send an email to email@example.com with your order number, or fill the return form on top of this page, within 30 days from the arrival date to start the return process.
In case of damaged items please report within 48 hours after the delivery with a photo that shows the damaged/defective areas of the merchandise.
You are responsible for supporting the shipping costs when returning merchandise to us, these costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-8 business days.
