We produce exclusive quantities and limited editions throughout our Collection. When you buy a pre-order item we will reserve it for you and ship it at the announced date.

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made within the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
All orders can be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. All other items may be returned or exchanged.
Yes, you can return your item to us and we'll send the one you would like to receive in exchange - any diference in value shall be refunded or charged accordingly.
All returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
